The owner Tom was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Immediately he was able to find what we were looking for (evidently black carpet isn't common lol) and give us a reasonable time frame. He stuck to it! In between ordering and install when we had questions we also spoke to Jeff. He was also very knowledgeable, nice and courteous. They were able to have the carpet delivered and installed almost immediately. The installers were very friendly and did an amazing job! “From start to finish—from the selection of our new carpet to its installation—we were so pleased with the professionalism, selection, customer service, installation and affordability of our new hallway and stairway carpet! Bart's gave us many large-sized rug samples to take home with us to see what colors and patterns worked well with our home decor. Upon selection of the carpet we chose, we received it quickly. The installation was also fast, neat, and the finished look was elegant. Bart's also gave is a large finished remnant to use in our foyer. We cannot wait to have Bart’s replace our kitchen floor and our large downstairs room this spring!”

“We were looking for an independent flooring company where we'd find expertise and not be asked to schedule an appointment online. You know, old school. Found the perfect place and people at Bart's, especially the owner/operator, Tom B. He told me how to measure the room and responded quickly after I sent him a diagram of the two bedrooms we wanted to improve. We ultimately decided to use a nice grade carpet and I visited the showroom, kept a few feet away and considered the options, with Tom's expert counsel. The installers took their time and did a quality job. The whole process, even in this odd environment in the spring of 2020, was painless and the communications were great. I feel we got a fair price, spending maybe a few bucks more than we might have parted with at one of the big home improvement stores, but I'm happy I decided to deal with and get great service from Bart's. I'd recommend to everyone.”

The installers did an outstanding job matching a marble like floor in the entrance and hallway with a varying shade gray plank floor in the living room and kitchen. A truly professional job. “I contacted Jeff at Bart’s flooring after the recent flood. The water had ruined my basement carpet of 800 sq. Feet. Jeff got right on the phone with the manufacturer so we could see how fast they could get the carpet to us. Usually the come and rip out the old carpet and put in new the same visit. Because the old carpet was soaked he again got on the phone and lined up someone to come out the next day to rip it up. Most of his team was on vacation so he as the owner of the company after working at the shop all day came over to help the other guy rip it out. He lent me a fan to help dry the basement while we waited for the carpet to come in. The carpet came sooner than expected and a few days later the guys installed it. Jeff went out of his way to help me and help me quickly. Not I’ll get back to you but got right to work solving my problem. I’m so glad I went to Bart’s rather than a big box store.”

“My wife and I bought a new house and were looking to carpet the upstairs before moving in. Tom helped us throughout the process, advising us on the best carpet to suit our needs. He helped us balance cost, quality and longevity (in our case wear and tear from pets). He even worked with us to get the installation done around our closing which moved up two weeks, shifting some appointments to get our job done before the furniture got there. Installation was quick and professional, finishing our entire second floor in the time frame they promised. Highly recommended”
“I have used Bart's 4 times already. They put the first carpet in our basement and then we had it change twice, and today came to replace the padding, reinstall the carpet and baseboards. They are excellent, they know what they are doing, they have very reasonable prices and they are very fast, I called them last Friday and one week later everything is done and looks perfect.
